MEDITE TPC 12 is a compact carousel processor for reliable tissue wiring in moderate flow laboratories, available in Uno and Duo configurations.
The system sequentially transfers a basket of histological cassettes between reagent and paraffin containers. The TPC 12 Uno handles up to 120 standard cassettes, and the Duo version allows you to use two baskets and double the load. The operator can save up to 20 password-protected protocols, set incubation and drainage times, temperature. paraffin, immediate or delayed start and required completion time. Mixing is standard; emergency battery protects the process when power is cut; Duo has a protective casing, coal extraction and vacuum in paraffin tanks.
The capacity of one transport basket is up to 120 standard cassettes. TPC 12 Uno is equipped with 10 reagent tanks of 2000 ml, two paraffin tanks of 2000 ml and one basket; TPC 12 Duo - nine reagent, three paraffin tanks and two baskets. Up to 20 programs; incubation time 1 s–99 h 59 min 59 s, drainage time 30 c-59 Min 59 s. The temperature of the paraffin tank is +40 ... + 80 ° C, the operating temperature of the room is +10 ... + 35 ° C.
