LTS-3000B is a high-performance Lituo liquid cytology processor for large-scale laboratories: up to 24 samples per batch and four staining modes.
The device automatically centrifuges, transfers cells, precipitates, forms thin-layered preparations and stains. There are four adjustable staining modes available in the system, and drip delivery reduces the risk of material transfer between samples. Cervical and extra-gynecologic materials are supported; from one sample, when the dye is delivered, the dye reduces the risk of material transfer between samples. There are several slides that need to be prepared.
In one batch, 1 to 24 samples are processed, processing time is less than 60 minutes; the official product page indicates the performance of 24 samples per hour. The method combines centrifugation in the density gradient, natural sedimentation and charge capture of cells; there is a separate operation of the centrifuge and dyeing nodes, needle protection. from clogging and automatic drip coloring.
