The H100Plus is Lifotronic’s flagship automatic HPLC analyzer for rapid HbA1c detection with hemoglobin variant recognition. The Variant mode delivers results in 45 seconds, and the 110-sample loader supports high-load laboratories.

H100Plus automatically analyzes HbA1c and recognizes the hemoglobin variants E, D, S, C and J, helping to eliminate their impact on the result. Inversion mixing of samples is performed inside the system. For urgent samples, there is a separate STAT position. Linux-based interface is displayed on the touch screen 10.1 inches; memory is designed for 20,000 results.

Variant analysis time is 45 seconds per test. Loader is 110 samples; individual STAT position is 1. Display is 10.1 inches. Memory is up to 20,000 records. Recognizable hemoglobin variants are E, D, S, C and J. Manufacturer specifies NGSP and IFCC standardization.
