Automatically switch between Variant and β-thalassemia

The H100 is a Lifotronic high-performance automatic HPLC analyzer for HbA1c and β-thalassemia studies. The HbA1c result in 96 seconds, a loader for 50 or 110 samples and a separate urgent position make the system suitable for medium- and high-flow laboratories.

The analyzer measures HbA1c and recognizes hemoglobin variants by mapping them in the V-window zone. Switching between Variant and β-Thalassemia modes is done by one command without manually changing the column and reagents. Automated stirring of samples maintains homogeneity. The system runs Linux, is equipped with a single command. It has a 10.1 inch touchscreen and stores up to 20,000 results.

The method is HPLC. Analysis time: Variant mode is 96 s per test, β-Thalassemia mode is 350 s per test. Loader is 50 or 110 samples; 1 STAT position is provided; Display is 10.1 inches; Memory is up to 20,000 records; Manufacturer indicates compliance with the NGSP and IFCC standardization.
