SPL Cultural Microplates

Product overview

6-384 well microplates for cell cultures, including black and white versions for fluorescence

transparent polystyrene, geometry of ANSI, growth area from 0.07 to 2.0 cm2 per well

SPL’s 4–384-hole cultural microplates, including black and white versions, are a consistent platform for routine cultivation, parallel experiments, and high-performance screening.

The unified geometry of the 6-384 wells is compatible with standard laboratory equipment and readers. Transparent microplates are suitable for everyday work with cells, black reduces autofluorescence and optical cross-talk in fluorescent measurements, and white amplifies the signal in fluorescent assays.

Polystyrene; number of holes 4, 6, 12, 24, 48, 96 and 384. Growth area from 2.00 cm2 (4-hole) to 0.07 cm2 (384-hole), working volume from 1.0 ml to 0.10 ml per hole. Microplates 6-384 wells about 85.4×127.6×14.4 mm, geometry corresponds to ANSI, material tested by USP Class VI. Black and white 96- and 384-hole microplates are available with a bottom glass, FLux films (188 μm) or thin PS (~210 μm); sterility, non-cytotoxicity and non-pyrogenicity are confirmed by functional tests.
