MyTube microtubes of three volumes and PCR tubes/strips for daily sampling and amplification.
Microtubes are suitable for standard and high-speed rotors, equipped with a click-lock cover and a marking area; the 1.5 ml version is also available in black for light-sensitive samples. PCR tubes and strips are compatible with standard and fast thermocyclers and are designed for low protein binding.
Microtubes of 0.5, 1.5 and 2.0 ml can withstand up to 20,000 × g and 25,000 × g, respectively, the operating range is -80 ... + 121 ° C; material is FDA polypropylene without DNAases, RNAses, human DNA, PCR inhibitors, metals and pyrogens. PCR tubes and strips of 0.1 and 0.2 ml are centrifuged to 6000 × g, autoclavated at 121 ° C / 15 minutes, evaporability less than 5%.
