Jena Bioscience’s crystallization solutions help quickly move from primary screening conditions to optimizing protein crystals and other biological macromolecules.

The range combines ready-made crystallization screens JBScreen, reagents for optimization and phasing, microplates, materials for working with membrane proteins, crystal extraction and storage tools, as well as accessories for structural biology and Cryo-EM. Series Classic, Basic, PACT++, JCSG++, Wizard, XP and specialized kits allow you to select conditions for proteins, peptides, nucleic acids and macromolecular complexes.

JBScreen Classic 1–10 covers 240 crystallization conditions: 10 sets of 24 10 ml tubes with PEG, ammonium sulfate, MPD, alcohols and salts based systems. Solutions are sterilely filtered through 0.2 μm, bottled under sterile conditions and contain 0.1 % ProClin 950; storage 8–10 °C, shelf life 12 months. The screening is available for JBScreen Classic HTS I and II blocks under 96 pre-filled conditions of 1.7 ml. the exact composition is determined by the selected series and catalog number.
