The YESU range combines Superbio STR-typing kits – autosomal, Y-chromosomal, X-chromosomal, field and lyophilized formats – to identify identity, establish kinship and replenish forensic databases.
YESU line sets perform multiplex PCR amplification of fluorescent detection STR loci on a capillary genetic analyzer. The line includes autosomal sets (21Plex, A27Plex, A33Plex, NC22Plex), Y chromosome sets (Y27Plex, Y41SE, Y44SE Plus, Y62Plex, Y-COM), X chromosome (X18Plex, X31Plex), and field versions, and others. lyophilized reagent format.
