The section combines sample preparation kits of libraries of several manufacturers and sequencing platforms of the new generation: MGIEasy line (BGI/MGI) for DNBSEQ sequencing, Oxford Nanopore ligase, Rapid and barcoding sets for MinION/GridION/PromethION sequencing, as well as NGeneBio reagent sets for clinical NGS panels.
