Autoimmune DRG kits cover screening of antinuclear and antineutrophil antibodies (ANA-8-Screen, ANCA), antibodies to cardiolipin and double-helix DNA, and anti-CCP for the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. The allergological direction is represented by the quantitative determination of total IgE and the Allerquant 90G set for IgG food allergens. The infectious block is complemented by DRG panels (respiratory and bacterial infections), KHB (viral hepatitis, HIV, syphilis) and ErbaLisa (hepatitis C, antibodies to COVID-19).

The kits are made in a standard 96-well microplate format; for example, the IgE ELISA set works with 25 μl of serum, the measurement range is specified by a specific set protocol, the storage of reagents is 2-8 ° C. The results are read on any compatible IFA reader and voshere laboratory.
