Berthold consumables for fluorescent and microplate methods are white and black microplates 96 and 384 wells, test microplates for quality control and solution for cleaning JET injectors of TriStar and Centro devices.
Microplates are selected for measurement: white opaque for luminescence and related technologies (BRET, AlphaScreen, TRF, HTRF), black for fluorescence, FRET and FP, transparent bottom versions for absorption. Cell analysis is available sterile plates processed for cell cultures, with a lid and individual packaging. A separate line of consumables supports the maintenance of the appliances: Cleanit Daily solution for daily cleaning of JET injectors, reagent filter kits and LB 9515/LB 9516 test microplates for monitoring fluorescent and absorption channels.
96-well plates: white opaque bottom (code 23300) - luminescence / BRET / AlphaScreen / TRF / HTRF; white with a transparent bottom (60705) - luminescence / BRET / absorption; sterile white with a lid (51838, 24910 - with a transparent bottom); black opaque bottom (23302) - fluorescence / FRET / TRF / HTRF / FP; black with white holes (55008) - Luminescence/BRET/TRF/AlphaScreen/HTRF; black with transparent bottom (60706) – absorption and fluorescence; sterile black variants (51839, 38840). 384-well format is available in white for luminescence, BRET, AlphaScreen, TRF and HTRF. 24-well sterile plates for cell cultures (41081 white, 41082 black). Cleanit Daily – solution for cleaning injectors (2×250 ml), a set of reagent filters for 10 pcs., LB 9515 test microplate for luminescence control, LB 9516 for absorption control (VIS), Luminescence Performance Kit for sensitivity testing.
