Guava and Muse consumables are ready-made mix-and-read reagents for routine cellular health tests on Cytek Guava easyCyte and Muse desktop cytometers: from counting and viability to apoptosis, cell cycle and immunology.
The kits are mixed-and-read: the reagent is added to the sample, and the device automatically calculates thresholds and gates for a specific test. For easyCyte, ViaCount, Nexin, Cell Cycle and a number of specialized cellular health whales are available; for Muse, more than 20 assay modules, including viability, apoptosis, cell cycle. DNA damage, autophagy, cell signaling, immunology and antigen detection.
Guava’s lineup includes ViaCount Reagent (40/240 ml) and ViaCount Flex (100/500 tests), Nexin Kit (100/500 tests), Cell Cycle Kit, Express 7-AAD Reagent and MitoDamage, Annexin Red, Autophagy LC3, DNA Damage H2A.X. Instrument Cleaning Fluid (ICF) and easyCheck Kit are used for maintenance. The Muse lineup includes & Count. Viability Kit and Reagent (100–240x, 100 tests), apoptosis kits (Annexin V & Dead Cell, Caspase-3/7, MultiCaspase, MitoPotential), cell cycle and DNA damage, cell signaling (H2A.X, EGFR-RTK, PI3K, MAPK, Bcl-2 Activation), immunology (CD4/CD8 T Cell, B Cell) and antigen detection (P.f.-P.v., SARS-Cov.-2, MRS-Kt System). Replacement Flow Cell provides maintenance of the device.
