Cytek’s individual calibration and QC kits provide daily quality control before launch – from Aurora and Northern Lights spectral systems to Guava easyCyte and Muse desktops.

SpectroFlo QC Beads are used for daily QC spectral cytometers Aurora, Aurora Evo and Northern Lights: beads are launched in the module QC and Setup program SpectroFlo, and information about them is stored in the module Library. For the Aurora CS Sort additionally provided SpectroSort Beads and Sorter Start-Up Kit. Desktop systems have their own Check kits: Guava easyCheck Kit for easyCyte line and Muse System Check Kit for Muse.

SpectroFlo QC Beads (B7-10001) is the standard set for daily monitoring of Aurora/Aurora Evo/Northern Lights, including CS and CLC variants. Guava easyCheck Kit (4500-0025) is designed to test the desktop cytometers Guava easyCyte SL and HT. Muse System Check Kit (MCH100101) is a set for checking Guava Muse. SpectroSort Beads (B7-10006) and Sorter Start-Up Kit (B7-20001) are used.

Automation QC

In SpectroFlo, the Daily QC is launched from the QC and Setup module and saves reports for subsequent reconciliation.
Information about QC-buses is stored in the Library module along with the experiment templates.
