Cytek offers a wide range of conjugated antibodies and reagents for flow cytometry: its own line of cFluor and partner reagents Tonbo and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Panels can be selected manually or automatically for a specific configuration of the device's lasers.
Reagents are filtered on the manufacturer's website by marker specificity, antibody clone, dye, reactivity (human or mouse), regulatory status (CE-IVD or RUO) and packaging. Cytek Cloud: Panel Builder tools for manual selection and SpectroPanel algorithm for automatic panel construction are available for designing multicolor panels. under the spectral configuration of the device.
