iPrep, MARSXpress, MARSXpress Plus and EasyPrep Plus for MARS 6
CEM interchangeable vessels for the MARS 6 microwave decomposition system range from routine EPA methods to complex organic and inorganic matrices.
The line includes iPrep, MARSXpress, MARSXpress Plus and EasyPrep Plus vessels, which are installed in the MARS 6 rotor and automatically recognized by the system by type and quantity. Each type of vessel has its own way of controlling temperature - from the combination of an IR sensor and iWave to fiber-optic measurement, which allows you to select the vessel for the purpose of the test. Additional accessories — the AutoCal 2.0 calibrator, the MARSXpress Capping Station and the antistatic ionizer — simplify maintenance and increase reproducibility.
MARSXpress is a three-component vessel with a volume of 20, 55 or 75 ml with automatic discharge and re-sealing of pressure, IR / iWave control, up to 40 vessels per cycle; suitable for routine samples using EPA methods. MARSXpress Plus - the same principle, increased volume of 110 ml, up to 24 vessels per cycle, for geological, catalyst and battery materials. EasyPrep Plus is a pressure vessel with a volume of 100 ml, up to 12 vessels per cycle, with fiber-optic and iWave temperature control, for complex inorganic matrices with HCl / HF. iPrep is a double-seal vessel with a volume of 110 ml, up to 16 vessels per cycle, with iWave control, for the most complex organic samples (PET, petroleum products).
