RECIPE LC-MS/MS kits based on the universal ClinMass® TDM platform cover more than 155 drugs, and the ClinSpot® range closes neonatal screening for dry blood spot.
The ClinMass® TDM Kit System is built around a universal platform (order MS9000), which is selected for an Add-on kit for a specific group of drugs - antimycotics, antidepressants, antibiotics, immunosuppressants and others; standard and online SPE configurations are available for automated sample preparation. determination of steroids, vitamins and biomarkers by the LC-MS / MS method, and the ClinSpot® line - for the analysis of dry blood spots in neonatal screening (amino acids, acylcarnitines, homocysteine, methylmalonic acid).
The ClinMass TDM platform currently covers over 155 drugs and metabolites. As an example of completeness, the Add-on Antimycotics Kit (MS9600) quantifies 11 antimycotics — 5-fluorocytosin, amphotericin B, anidulafungin, fluconazole, isavukonazole, itraconazole with hydroxy itraconazole, ketoconazole, mykafungin, porabazole and voriconazole; intra- and interassay-accuracy method, according to the technical note RECIPE, ranges from 1.8% to 13.4% depending on analyte and concentration level. ClinSpot sets for DBS use a single-stage sample preparation with separation of isobaric compounds.
