Primary Dartmon antibodies are available in concentrate and ready-to-use (RTU) formats and are designed for immunohistochemical staining of FFPE slices on automatic AS610, AS330 PLUS and AS100 liners. ZytoChem Plus polymer detection systems are used to visualize the bound antibody. ZytoVision based on horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or alkaline phosphatase (AP), including universal and species-specific (anti-Mouse, anti-Rabbit) variants.
Primary antibodies are supplied in volumes of 0.1 / 0.5 / 1 ml concentrate or finished solution of 3 / 6 / 10 ml. ZytoChem Plus polymer sets are available in 6 ml and 100 ml packages; HRP and AP polymer variants are CE-IVD certified, and a two-step double staining kit and a single-step ZytoChem Fast (AP) anti-Mouse/Rabbit are supplied for the use of the anti-mouse/Rabbit. The complete list of Dartmon clones and primary antibody panel, as well as the Servicebio product range within this product group, have not been published on official manufacturers' resources in an amount sufficient for the catalog.
