Huankai CRM series chromogenic media stain colonies of target microorganisms in a characteristic color, accelerating visual identification of pathogens in food, aquatic and clinical microbiology.
The chromogenic substrates in the medium are broken down by the enzymes of the target microorganisms, giving their colonies a specific color against the background of the accompanying microflora, this allows you to identify and differentiate the target species on one dish without additional biochemical tests, and for some environments - use a separately supplied additive-supplement. To increase selectivity.
The line includes 14 chromogenic media CRM001-CRM014 in the packaging of 1000 ml: for coliforms, E. coli and their co-detection (ECC), Salmonella, Shigella, Vibrios, including V. cholerae, Listeria (including L. monocytogenes), Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Enterobacter sakazakii and Candida. Environments for Bacillus, E. coli O157 and both options.
