SPL culture plastic is a consistent line of sterile consumables for inoculation, culture, observation and cell transfer: from vials and cups to multi-well plates, membrane inserts, scrapers and cell filters.

The line allows you to assemble a single working circuit for the cell laboratory: bottles and dishes are suitable for routine cultivation, microplates for 4-384 wells for parallel experiments and screening, inserts for barrier models, migration and co-culture, scrapers for mechanical removal of cells, and mesh filters for mesh filters for obtaining homogeneous cellular suspensions.

The main products are made of transparent polystyrene; options are available with treated and untreated surfaces. The bottles are represented by growth areas of 12.5-225 cm2 and plug/filter covers. Microplates are available on 4, 6, 12, 24, 48, 96 and 384 wells; 96- and 384-well formats are compatible with high-performance processes. Membrane inserts available for 6-, 12- and 24-well microplates with PC/PET membranes and pores of 0.4; 3.0 or 8.0 μm. Cell filters have a 40, 70 or 100 μm nylon grid and a polypropylene frame. Specific dimensions, sterility, surface type and packaging should be selected by manufacturer catalog number.
