Environments and straws for ultrafast vitrification and heating of oocytes and embryos
Vitrification & Warming Kit and Open Pulled Straw in a single protocol
VitaVitro’s vitrification consumables combine the CE MDR-certified Vitrification & Warming Kit and Open Pulled Straw straws, a ready-made solution for ultra-fast vitrification and heating of oocytes and embryos in ART protocols.
The group card combines consumables that are used together in one protocol: an ethylene glycol, DMSO and sucrose-based vitrification solution, a post-heating solution, and an Open Pulled Straw carrier straw with a capillary load of a fixed volume of solution under microscopic control. offer the laboratory a consistent set of consumables instead of a set of single items of the same type.
The set of media includes solutions HV1, HV2 and HHM diluent for vitrification, as well as HW1, HW2 and HHM for heating; pH finished media 7.2-7.6, endotoxins less than 0.25 EE / ml, survival in the test on mouse embryos at least 80%. The kit is certified under the EU MDR regulation as a class III medical product. Open Pulled Straw straws are supplied in the European Union. 5 color-coded packs and are approved by the FDA in the United States for blastocyst vitrification.
