Original ELITechGroup reagents for smears of blood and bone marrow on Aerospray Hematology Pro and Stat. Thiazine and eosin dyes, buffer solution and fixator are supplied ready for use or in the form of economical concentrates.
The reagents are designed for aerosol spraying in the Aerospray Hematology Pro (alcohol technique) and Aerospray Hematology Stat (aquabase technique). Thiazine and eosin dyes are stored separately and mixed directly on glass, which increases color stability and reduces the risk of material transfer between cycles. Stat is additionally available Basofix scheme, which preserves the granularity of basophils, as well as concentrates of A / B / C reagents for economical preparation of working solutions.
Hematology Pro reagents are supplied in 500 ml bottles (buffer solution - 5 l). Hematology Stat kit includes a wash buffer (Reagent A, SS-035A), thiazine dye (Reagent B, SS-035/049B), eosin dye (Reagent C, SS-035C) and Aerofix fixture (Reagent D, SS-048) with a volume of 500 ml; additionally available concentrates of 135 ml. ml (Reagent A/B/C, SS-135/149 series) and Basofix set (Reagent A/C/P, SS-049).
