Powder, granulate and sterile dishes for routine and pharmaceutical microbiology
Huankai HKM’s line of ready-to-work nutrient media: dehydrated and granular powders for self-cooking, as well as sterile filler dishes for cleanroom control.
Dehydrated and granular media are dissolved and sterilized before use to isolate, accumulate and differentiate microorganisms in water, food and clinical samples. Triple Wrapped Irradiated Plate ready-made dishes are supplied with already poured and sterilized gamma radiation: sedimentation dishes are used to control the use of the pre-contaminated water. Microbial contamination of air, and contact - for surface control in pharmaceutical production and clean rooms.
Dehydrated media series HCM packed 500 g, granular series P1 – 250 g; individual enrichment additives are supplied in bottles of 10 pcs. The composition covers nutritious, selective and differential agars and broths – from Nutrient Agar and Plate Count Agar to XLD, TCBS, TSC, Baird-Parker and MRS, for a number of environments cooking Complies with ISO, USA FDA, EP or USP. Triple Wrapped Irradiated Plate ready-made dishes are available in 90 mm (30 ml pouring, a sedimentation dish) and 55 mm (contact dish) formats on the basis of TSA, SDA and NA, including options with disinfectant neutralizers and antibiotic inactivators; 10 pcs packaging., three-layer protective packaging and Gamma-sterilization.

- Granular media of the P1 series in the packaging of 250 g dissolve faster and do not form dust during cooking.
- Compositions of individual media (e.g. XLD, TSC, Baird-Parker) meet ISO, USA FDA, USP or EP requirements
- Enrichment additives (Fraser, CIN-1, TSC, MRS) are supplied separately in bottles of 10 pcs.
