KUGEL medical SMC Superformed is a modular refrigeration system for morgues and pathoanatomical departments. One design line covers storage from several to large series of bodies, with a choice of doors or individual hatches and without multiplying the same cards for capacity.
The system is assembled on a facility of self-supporting wall, ceiling and floor panels and is equipped with 304 stainless steel racks. Level 2, 3 or 4 configurations are available with full-size doors or separate hatches. Locks, internal emergency opening, perimeter seal and anti-slip floor support safe Depending on the project, ceiling, wall monoblock or split unit are used; remote control of multiple units, redundancy, separation walls, ramp and other options are provided.
The panels are made of freon-free rigid polyurethane foam 80 mm thick; the standard surface is white powder colored with galvanized steel, optionally stainless steel. Insulation density is 43 kg / m3, in angular elements - 50 kg / m3; corners are rounded to facilitate cleaning. For refrigeration units, the ranges are published −5 ... + 10 °C. −15...−25 °C or combined design; air and water cooling are available. As a representative configuration, the SMC 40/300–40/1500 line has 3 levels, 1–5 doors and a capacity of 3–15 bodies; dimensions from 1190×2390×2190 to 5190×2390×2190 mm, doorway – 700×1900 mm. designing.
