The flagship 400-slide fluorescent WSI scanner for large digital pathology and molecular diagnostics centers, with up to 10 channels and fully automated batch processing designed for continuous laboratory flow.
The KF-FL-400 automates large-scale fluorescent and light-field scanning, including IF, FISH and multiplex protocols. 3/4/6/8/10 channels, Z-stack up to 10 layers, focal plane fusion and KFBF/QPTIFF, KFB/SVS/DCM/TIFF formats are available.
Capacity: 400 slides. Fluorescence: cooled sCMOS camera, 0.25/0.125 μm per pixel, up to 6 minutes for a 10×10 mm area with 3 filters and up to 12 minutes with 6 filters. Light field: 20×/40×, 15 seconds on slide, up to 72 slides/h at 20×. Field of view 1 mm. Dimensions 525×650×655 mm, weight 79 kg, power 200 VA.
