A high-performance 120-slide fluorescent scanner for centralized laboratories, multiplex immune fluorescence and FISH. Large batch loading reduces manual operations in intensive flow.
The KF-FL-120 combines multi-channel area fluorescent scanning and light-field WSI. The system supports up to 10 channels, a coolable sCMOS camera, a Z-stack up to 10 layers, focal plane integration and export to KFBF/QPTIFF or KFB/SVS/DCM/TIFF.
Capacity: 120 slides. Fluorescence: 3/4/6/8/10 channels, 0.25/0.125 μm per pixel, up to 6 minutes for a 10×10 mm area with 3 filters and up to 12 minutes with 6 filters. Light field: 20×/40×, 15 seconds on slide, up to 72 slides/h at 20×. Field of view 1 mm Dimensions 585×515×675 mm, 71 kg, 200 VA power.
