An automatic fluorescent 20-slide WSI scanner for IF, FISH and multiplex research, which combines batch loading, up to 10 channels and light-field digitization.
KF-FL-020 automatically processes the queue of up to 20 drugs, performs area fluorescent and linear light field scans. Supports 3/4/6/8/10 channels, Z-stack up to 10 layers, fusion of focal planes and KFBF/QPTIFF formats for fluorescence and KFB/SVS/DCM/TIFF for light field.
Capacity: 20 slides. Fluorescence: cooled sCMOS camera, 0.25/0.125 μm per pixel, up to 6 minutes for a 10×10 mm area with 3 filters and up to 12 minutes with 6 filters. Light field: 20×/40×, 15 seconds on slide, up to 72 slides/h at 20×. Field of view 1 mm. Dimensions 490×545×565 mm, weight 55 kg, power 200 VA.
