A compact 5-slide fluorescent WSI scanner for immunofluorescence, FISH and research morphology, up to 10 channels and a refrigerated sCMOS camera give the lab full multi-channel desktop imaging.
KF-FL-005 performs area fluorescent and linear light field scans, supports configurations on 3, 4, 6, 8 or 10 fluorescent channels, Z-stack up to 10 layers and fusion of focal planes. Fluorescence results are stored in KFBF and QPTIFF, light field in KFB, SVS, DCM and TIFF.
Capacity: 5 slides. Fluorescence: cooled sCMOS camera, 0.25/0.125 μm per pixel, up to 6 minutes for a 10×10 mm area with 3 filters and up to 12 minutes with 6 filters. Light field: 20×/40×, 15 seconds on slide, up to 72 slides/h at 20×. Field of view 1 mm. Dimensions 470×510×570 mm, weight 53 kg, power 150 VA.
