DOT® is a reliable manual counter of IUL colonies with magnification, adjustable LED lighting and transferring the result directly to computer applications.
The operator looks at the plate on a uniformly lit area and records each colony by pressing a special marker or an optional contact probe. The electronic counter frees you from manually remembering the result, and the USB interface transmits the result to Excel, Word, LIMS form or other application as input from the keyboard. devices and mesh allow you to work with plates of different diameters, including spiral crops.
Four-bit LED display with a height of 9 mm; maximum score 9999. Loop: biconvex, diameter 100 or 120 mm, 4 diopters, increase DIN × 2. Lower backlight has four brightness levels; the upper one depends on the selected magnifier. Inputs: click marker and optional probe of stainless steel. USB HID emulates a standard PC keyboard. Power 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz, 50 W. Execution 90008700: 211 × 320 × 335 mm, 3.2 kg; 90008701: 211 × 320 × 395 mm, 2.7 kg Adapters are available for cups 60, 80, 100, 120 and 150 mm, as well as mixed and spiral grids.
