Huankai MFS is a modular 1, 2, 3, 6 or 10 position membrane filtration platform for microbiological monitoring of water, beverages, pharmaceutical products and other liquid samples.
Request a quotationThe vacuum pump is pushing the sample through a membrane that traps the microorganisms for later cultivation and counting. Each position of the collector has an independent valve, so you can filter one or more samples at a time. Reusable stainless steel funnels are available and made for disposable sterile applications. Covers with optional air filters reduce the risk of secondary contamination, and the collapsible design facilitates cleaning and sterilization.
The line includes 1-, 2-, 3-, 6- and 10-seater versions. Reusable funnels: 250 or 500 ml; single-use plastic - 100 or 250 ml. Membranes: type A with a diameter of 47 mm or type B with a diameter of 35 mm; optional sterile membranes of 47 mm with a porosity of 0.45 or 0.22 μm. The main parts of the collector are made of stainless steel 316L. Sterilization: humid heat of 121/134 °C for 15 minutes, dry heat of 180 °C for 120 minutes or optional burner PT-220. Manifold dimensions from 250 × 160 × 205 mm for one position to 1290 × 160 × 205 mm for ten; weight 2.5-18.5 kg. Compatible pumps SZKB-3A/3B/3C and SZKB-5A/5B/5C provide maximum performance from 6 to 50 l / min gas and up to 6 l / min in liquid; DC 24 V, 3 A power.
