Class II type A2 for protection of operator, specimen and environment when dealing with Group II pathogens
line of four sizes, manual or motorized glazing
Heal Force HFsafe is a line of Type II A2 biosafety boxes to protect the operator, sample and environment when dealing with biological material and at-risk II pathogens. The card combines four sizes - 900, 1200, 1500 and 1800 - as variants of the same series with manual or motorized glazing.
The work area is surrounded by double walls under negative pressure, which prevents the release of polluted air from outside, the incoming and downward airflows are continuously monitored by two independent temperature-compensated sensors, and their speed and volume are displayed on a screen in real time at several measurement points. A separate display shows the filter life and total operating time; a pressure control system monitors the condition of downstream and exhaust filters; and a work chamber is designed to clean regularly and safely work with diagnostic and microbiological samples.
Type II Biosafety Box A2 with ULPA-filtration: the manufacturer declares a typical efficiency of 99.999% for particles 0.1-0.2 μm. For the series, NSF 49, EN 12469N and CFDA certificates are confirmed. Power supply - AC 220 V ± 10%, 50 Hz. The line includes four sizes - 900, 1200, 1500 and 1800 - with manual or motorized glazing; the exact dimensions, flow rates and power consumption vary in size and are not published on the official page of the manufacturer in the form of a common table.
