Gram BioLine ExGuard ER600W is a specialized laboratory refrigerator for safe temperature storage of materials capable of releasing toxic, unpleasant smelling or explosive fumes.
The cabinet connects to the existing exhaust ventilation. A separate controller controls the damper and blocks the door opening until the potentially hazardous atmosphere inside the chamber is removed and replaced by room air. The order and duration of the access stages are customized to a specific process. The additional BioPlus controller controls the process. temperature, acoustic and visual alarms; solid or glass door, shelves and retractable modules are available.
ExGuard ER600W operates in the range of -2 ... +20 °C. Dimensions - 820 × 789 × 1996/2246 mm, total volume 614 liters, useful volume 486 liters, weight without packaging and options - 166 kg Internal chamber is made of stainless steel; provided up to 47 shelves or 9 boxes, port with a diameter of 24.5 mm, refrigerant R290, power 230 V, 50 Hz, 16 A. It is 1.62 kWh/day with a solid door and 2.08 kWh/day with glass; noise level is 46.3 dB(A). Internal and external design corresponds to ATEX Category 3 Zone 2, marking II 3G Ex ec ic IIB T2 Gc.
