Gram BioLine BioUltra UL570 is an ultra-low-temperature freezer developed and manufactured in Denmark for the long-term storage of valuable biological samples at temperatures up to -86 °C.
A cascade refrigeration system, vacuum thermal insulation panels and two independently open interior doors help to keep samples stable. Five perforated stainless steel shelves are standard; two 24.5 mm diameter ports allow external sensors to be installed. Supports programmable acoustic alarms, event logging, high/low temperature indication, E-sensor, reading correction and dry contact. Hybrid air-water capacitor is available.
BioUltra UL570 operates in the range of −86...−60 °C at an ambient temperature of +10 ... + 30 °C. Total volume - 570 liters; dimensions - 856 × 979 × 1986/1996 mm, weight without packaging and options - 257 kg Capacity reaches 384 boxes 50 mm high or 192 boxes 75 or 100 mm high. 70 mm insulation with vacuum panels, cascading refrigerants are used R290/R170/R601, power supply 230 V, 50 Hz, 16 A; power consumption 10.5 kWh/day, noise level 46.5 dB(A). The cabinet meets the internal and external requirements of ATEX Category 3 Zone 2.

- 70 mm insulation with vacuum thermal insulation panels (VIP) of the latest generation
- Two independently opened insulated interior doors maintain stable conditions even with the external door ajar, removable for cleaning.

- 5 perforated stainless steel shelves are standard, adjustable in 12.5 mm increments

- Two 24.5mm ports for external sensors and an ergonomic handle for camera access
- Multifunctional leveling rollers for positioning with leg stability
