ELite 5 is an automated 5-part differential hematology analyzer with open and closed sampling and an optional autoloader.
It provides CBC with a five-part differential, two histograms, and two scattergrams. Three cyanide-free reagents, a color touchscreen, Levey–Jennings quality control, barcode reading, USB, and LIS connectivity support a standardized workflow.
26 parameters; impedance measurement for RBC/PLT, light scattering for BASO and the 4-part differential, and spectrophotometry for hemoglobin. Throughput: 60 tests per hour. Sample volume: 110 µL in open/closed mode or 25 µL in Small Sample Mode. Stores 100,000 results. Dimensions: 410 × 465 × 515 mm; weight: 35 kg, or 45 kg with the autoloader for up to 100 tubes.
