Identification panels and ABC MIKROLATEST ID and SENSILATEST

Product overview

Identification and sensitivity of microorganisms by the breakpoint method according to EUCAST

split microplate panels, only the required number of tests are used

MIKROLATEST ID and SENSILATEST are shared micropanels for identifying clinically relevant microorganisms and assessing antibiotic sensitivity.

MIKROLATEST ID uses standardized biochemical reactions and allows manual or automatic reading. SENSILATEST implements breakpoint EUCAST testing for Enterobacteriaceae, non-fermenting bacteria, staphylococci, enterocci/streptococci and urinary tract isolates.

The panels are designed as shared microplate strips: only the required number of tests are used. MIKROLATEST ID is usually read after 4 or 24 hours, up to 48 hours for slow-growing non-enzymes; SENSILATEST after 24 hours, up to 48 hours. Available, for example, ENTEROtest 24 N (40 definitions), SENSILATEST G-I/G-II/NEFERM/STAPHY (60) and URINE/G+ (40); The composition of antibiotics and the membership of the panel are selected according to the current catalog.
