Cytopro 7622 is a programmable eight-position cytocentrifuge for gentle cell deposition from suspensions onto slides. A sealed autoclaved rotor and three types of chambers support different-volume samples and help boost drug cellular concentration.
The system uses centrifugal force and special single- or double-position cameras, as well as Cytopro Magnum cameras, to transport cells to a limited area of the slide slide. Absorbent elements remove the liquid phase during or at the end of the cycle, reducing loss and smearing of cellular material. There are eight cameras with slide; low profile allows you to download and unload samples in a biosafety box, and the user sets the speed, time and acceleration manually, or saves up to 12 commonly used programs.
