Coloring for acid-resistant bacteria: fluorescent and carbol-fuxin methods

Coloring for acid-resistant bacteria: fluorescent and carbol-fuxin methods
with optional cytocentrifuge Cytopro for concentration of cellular material
Aerospray TB 7722 is an automatic staining system for acid-resistant bacteria, including Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Support for fluorescent and carbol-fuxin methods, a fresh serving of dye for each cycle, and an optional cytocentrifuge help standardize microbiological diagnosis.
The device automates the coloration of biological fluids using fluorescent protocols and the Zil-Nielsen carbol-fuxin method. Reagents are sprayed on glass in a rotating carousel through independent nozzles; fresh dye delivery reduces the risk of material transfer between cycles, and automatic cleaning of nozzles simplifies maintenance. Custom settings allow for customized intensity and protocols, and sample, reagent and operator logs support traceability. Cytopro's optional eight-position rotor extends the system with a cytocentrifugation function to concentrate cellular material.
Model 7722: Carousel capacity 1-12 or 1-30 slides; declared performance of about 240 slides / h Optional Cytopro rotor speed of 100–2000 rpm with an accuracy of ±5%; capacity of 8 cameras and 8 slides. Supported fluorescent protocols with auramin or auramin / rhodamine and carbol-fuxin coloration with the appropriate Dimensions: 57 x 25 x 54 cm, height with open lid - 58 cm, weight - 17.5 kg, Power - 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz, maximum power - 200 W.
