The Aerospray Hematology Stat is an automatic liner and optional cytocentrifuge for rapid, standardized smearing of blood, bone marrow, and other bodily fluids. Water dyes, a 2-4 minute cycle, and microscopy-ready dry glass support urgent and routine hematology.
The system sprays fresh thiasine and eosin dyes directly onto the glass in a rotating carousel, reducing the risk of cross-contamination. Fast mode, Wright-Giemsa, May-Grünwald-Giemsa and custom settings, seven intensity levels for peripheral blood and three for bone marrow. Flushing and drying form microscopy-ready glass. The optional Cytopro rotor turns the device into an eight-position cytocentrifuge for urine, CSF, pleural fluids and other biological fluids. The system supports barcoding, traceability of samples and reagents, user logs and level control.

Speed and reliability
- The full cycle takes 2-4 minutes, the slide dries and is ready for microscopy immediately after painting.
- A fresh portion of thiazine and eosin dyes is applied to each glass, which reduces the risk of material transfer.
- The buffer solution washes the slide from excess dye, after which centrifugation accelerates drying.

- Basofix scheme available for more pronounced basophil granules coloring
