Aerospray Gram 7322 is an automatic Gram smear smear system with the ability to operate in cytocentrifuge mode. A fresh batch of reagent for each cycle, standardized discoloration and microscopy-ready dry glasses help to obtain comparable results under high laboratory load.

The device automates the coloration of pure cultures and clinical samples with microorganisms using the Gram method. Separate feed circuits and spray nozzles apply reagents to the glass in the rotating carousel, reducing the risk of cross-contamination; after each cycle, the nozzles are automatically cleaned. It's a program or a customization program, including nine discoloration levels and automatic alcohol fixation. Touch interface, barcoding, user logs, samples and reagents, ensure traceability. When you install an optional Cytopro rotor, the system performs cytocentrifugation on eight glasses.

Model 7322. Carousel capacity - 1-12 or 1-30 slides; declared performance - about 420 slides / h. A typical dried painting cycle takes 6-8 minutes. The speed of the optional Cytopro rotor - 100–2000 rpm with an accuracy of ±5%, capacity - 8 cameras and 8 slides. Display - touch 7-inch LCD WVGA 800× 480. Dimensions - 57×25×54 cm, height with the lid open - 58 cm; weight - 17.4 kg. Power - 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz; power consumption - up to 200 VA.
