Pap stain with optional cytocentrifuge: cycle 8-15 minutes
Progressive and regressive programs for a wide range of cytological samples
Aerospray Cytology 7522 is an automatic Pap staining station with the ability to operate in cytocentrifuge mode. Progressive and regressive programs, fresh dye delivery and slide drying help standardize the preparation of microscopy preparations.
The system automates the coloration of liquid cytology preparations and other pap samples. The reagents are sprayed onto glass in a rotating carousel through independent circuits, so each cycle receives a fresh portion of dye and reduces the risk of cross-contamination. The user can choose progressive or regressive. programs and intensity adjustments; automatic nozzle cleaning and level control simplify maintenance. Touch control, barcoding, and sample, reagent, and operator logs support traceability. With an optional Cytopro rotor, the device also performs cytocentrifugation on eight glasses.
Model 7522: Carousel capacity - 1-12 or 1-30 slides; declared performance - about 240 slides / h Supported programs with EA-50, Orange G, hematoxylin, slurry reagent, alcohol and acid-alcohol washing. The speed of the optional Cytopro rotor - 100-2000 rpm with an accuracy of ± 5%; capacity - 8 cameras and 8 slides. Dimensions - 57×25×54 cm, height with an open lid - 58 cm; weight - 18 kg. Power - 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz; maximum power - 200 W.
