The M85 is a 480/560 cup microaerophile station for Campylobacter, Helicobacter and other demanding cultures.
The system precisely controls oxygen, CO2, hydrogen, humidity and temperature, and allows samples to be manipulated in the same atmosphere where they are incubated. Touch screen, remote access, journaling and port 10 + airlock 90 cups, 5 minutes support the reproducible process.
Capacity: 480 / 560 cups; port 10 + airlock 90 cups, 5 min Gas connections: H2, N2, CO2, N2 and air according to configuration. Dimensions S×G×B 1570×760×840 mm, weight 150 kg; automatic drying standard, additional humidification, cooling and inputs are selected as complete.

Transfer of samples
- 36-liter airlock with motorized inner door ensures efficient transfer of samples and equipment without violating the conditions in the chamber
- Each port works as a mini-airlock: up to 10 cups can be moved through the sleeve in one go, which reduces the number of airlock cycles and gas consumption.
- Two oval ports allow you to work both with gloves and bare hands
Atmosphere and regimes
- Up to four gases – nitrogen, carbon dioxide, air and a mixture of 10% hydrogen/90% nitrogen – are combined for a specific experiment.
- Optional cooling unit for organisms that require storage or incubation at low temperature
