Product overview

Preparing cell cultures for analysis on Seahorse XF without contact with atmospheric air

Seahorse XF Analyzer station with built-in 37 °C incubator

The Whitley i2 is a hypoxic workstation for the Seahorse XF Analyzer that transmits cultures without air contact.

i2 allows mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis analysis at precisely defined low oxygen. The system operates autonomously or connects to Hypoxystation by a transfer tunnel; the built-in incubator preconditions microplates and environments under the same atmosphere.

The camera 600 liters, 12-liter airlock with a cycle of 60 seconds can accommodate up to 44 96-well microplates or 84 vials of T25. Air supply and N2, the temperature of the main chamber is not higher than 28 ° C, built-in incubator 37 ° C to 8 microplates; dimensions with a trolley 1702×825×1863 mm, weight 130 kg.
