Hypoxia under HEPA filtering in a 900 liter chamber, including a validated GMP execution of Grade A

Hypoxia under HEPA filtering in a 900 liter chamber, including a validated GMP execution of Grade A
floor model with built-in HEPA filtering; available as a validated GMP insulator
H135 HEPA/GMP is a 900-liter hypoxic workstation for cellular research in physiologically relevant atmospheres.
Hypoxystation supports controlled O2, CO2, humidity and temperature, allowing cooking, incubating and examining cultures without returning to room air. Sensory control, O2 profiles, journaling, remote access and airlock 16 liters, cycle 60 c suitable for oncology, neuro- and cardiac studies. HEPA model exceeds ISO 14644 Class 3 requirements for the clean atmosphere inside the chamber. The designation in the source file combines HEPA and GMP: the GMP execution is a validated insulator with a Grade A/ISO 3 unidirectional stream.
chamber volume 900 liters; CO2 input, air and N2; airlock 16 liters, cycle 60 s. The family controls O2 up to 20% and CO2 up to 15% in increments of 0.1% in the respective configurations. Dimensions Sh×G×B 1473×1056×1063 mm, weight 175 kg; options HEPA, humidification, cooling and vacuum selection depend on execution.

Enhanced biological protection for working with pathogenic samples
Removal of equipment heat or cooling of chamber atmosphere below 10 °C
Connection to Whitley i2 Instrument Workstation without air contact
Higher air filtration class instead of HEPA H14
Additional route for transferring materials between modules
Storage of reagents for cell culture in Grade A conditions
Replace gloves without loss of conditions and risk of contamination
