DLAB D3024 is a high-speed desktop microcentrifuge with a wide range of bio-hermetic rotors for test tubes, PCR strips and samples up to 5 ml. Dual-circuit air cooling and autoclavable aluminum rotors are designed for intensive laboratory work.
The centrifuge is designed to isolate DNA, RNA and proteins, sample preparation in molecular biology, clinical chemistry and microbiology. RPM/RCF switching, short pulse start, continuous mode and sound alert are available. Three-layer rotor sealing reduces the risk of sample leakage; cap locking, speed control and sound alert. Internal diagnostics support safe operation: five rotors and adapters cover microtubes of 0.2-2 ml, PCR strips and 5 ml tubes.
Speed range 200-15,000 rpm in 10 rpm increments; maximum acceleration 21 380 × g in 10 × g increments; speed accuracy ±20 rpm. Capacity depends on the rotor: 24 × 1.5/2 ml, 36 × 0.5 ml, 4 × PCR-8, 12 × 5 ml with a conical bottom or 18 × 5 ml with a round bottom. Time 30 seconds-99 minutes or continuously; acceleration and braking for 25 seconds. Brushless DC motor; Noise level not exceeding 64 dB. Dimensions 280×364×266 mm; mass 12 kg; power 200 W. High-strength aluminum rotors autoclave at 121 °C for 20 minutes.
