SpectroFlo is a single software environment for controlling Cytek spectral cytometers, quality control, sample registration, spectral separation and primary data analysis. It links the instrument, experimental templates and control spectra libraries into one reproducible workflow.
The program takes the user from daily QC and instrument tuning through experiment creation and sample registration to spectral separation and analysis. Library, Acquisition, Extra Tools, Preferences and Users modules allow you to store fluorochromes and control spectra, reuse experiment and worksheet templates, perform unmixing with the data. using different experiments, using virtual filters and differentiating administrative settings.
SpectroFlo is used with Cytek Aurora and Northern Lights; individual SpectroFlo CS and CLC variants serve the respective configurations. The official data management manual specifies storage of source and separated data up to 67 parameters, as well as backup through Library or DataMaintenance SpectroFlo. The current release notes branch published by the manufacturer at the time of verification is version 4.0.3 of February 19, 2026, and OS compatibility, licensing and workstation requirements must be checked against release notes of the specific version being installed.
