Compact desktop cell analyzer with ready mix-and-read sets and touch screen

Compact desktop cell analyzer with ready mix-and-read sets and touch screen
for rapid quantitative analysis without dedicated cytometric laboratory
A compact cellular analyzer for rapid routine tests without the need for a full-fledged cytometric laboratory. Guava Muse quantifies individual cells through ready-made mix-and-read kits and a step-by-step touch interface.
Muse automatically guides the user from sample load to result, calculates thresholds and gates, and displays data in an applied format of a specific test. Available analysis of cell number and viability, apoptosis, cell cycle, caspases, mitochondrial potential, oxidative stress, autophagy, immunological markers and Two open modules allow you to perform your own two-color experiments.
Laser microcapillary system with analysis of up to 3 cell parameters: working range of cell sizes 2-60 μm, recommended concentration of 10,000-500,000 cells / ml; Suspension and adhesive cells, primary cultures and cell lines are supported; single-tube loading, analysis time less than 2 minutes per sample, direct absolute count; The user sets the sample size and the number of cells to be counted. The base area is about 200 x 250 mm, the data processing is done on the built-in touch interface with export of graphs, CSV and source files.
