A scalable spectral cytometer for everyday cellular research, from basic tests on a single laser to high-parameter immunoprofiling. Northern Lights brings Full Spectrum Profiling into a compact and cost-effective configuration.
The system is suitable for proliferation, apoptosis, cell cycle, viability assessment and multicolor immunoprofiling. The full spectrum of the signal allows the use of fluorochromes with close emission maxima, extract autofluorescence and transfer panels between instruments of the Cytek ecosystem; SpectroFlo combines QC, collection and spectral separation.
Configurations with 1, 2 or 3 lasers are available. Single laser supports panels of up to 9 colors, dual laser contains 30 fluorescent detectors and demonstrates 21-color panels, three laser - up to 24 colors. The configuration is selected for the required complexity of the panel and can include an automatic loader of tubes and microplates.
