A highly parametric spectral variety to isolate rare cell populations and follow-up functional studies.Aurora CS combines Aurora optics, panels of up to 40 colors and flexible sorting of up to six populations.

The common optical architecture with Aurora makes it easy to move panels from analyzer to sorter. SpectroFlo CS supports live unmixing, sorting by source or separated data, autofluorescence extraction, automatic drop delay, blockage detection, side jet monitoring, index sorting and automatic reporting.

Up to 5 lasers and 64 fluorescent detectors; sample feed rate of 10–80 μl/min, registration of up to 25,000 events/s. Sorting up to 6 populations in test tubes of 1.5 or 5 ml, double-thread sorting of 15 ml, index sorting in 96- and 384-well microplates. Replaceable nozzles of 70 and 100 μm; declared purity of at least 95% and yield of at least 90%.
