The flagship spectral flow cytometer for deep immunoprofiling and sophisticated multicolor studies. Cytek Aurora records the full spectrum of each fluorochrome and allows you to create panels of up to 40 colors without rearranging optical filters.

Aurora uses Full Spectrum Profiling to spectrally separate signals, extract autofluorescence, and analyze rare or poorly expressed populations. SpectroFlo takes the user from quality control and experiment setup to registration, unmixing, and initial analysis; test tubes and automatic loader are available. microplates.

Configuration of up to 5 spatially separated lasers, 3 light scattering channels and 64 fluorescent channels. Spectral detection range is 365-829 nm; configuration upgrades from 3 to 5 lasers and a highly sensitive violet SSC for small particles are available.
