Compact imaging cytometry: up to 4,000 objects per second with each cell image
12 detection channels, 1 to 4 lasers
A compact imaging flow cytometer for laboratories that need quantitative cytometry to image each cell. Amnis FlowSight combines the statistical power of flow cytometry with a microscopic image, allowing immediate confirmation of population morphology and spatial distribution of signals.
The device records fluorescence, bright field and lateral scattering in 12 channels and links each graph point or gate to the corresponding image of the cell. IDEAS software provides ready-made workflows for apoptosis, cell cycle, colocalization, internalization, nuclear localization, shape change and stain counting. Machine learning tools, Amnis AI and software versions for regulated environments are available.
