Flexible configuration of 1 to 7 lasers with TDI-CCD detection
A highly sensitive desktop flow cytometer for cells, extracellular vesicles and other small particles. Amnis CellStream offers a flexible configuration of up to seven lasers and an extended dynamic range in a compact system with an autosampler.
TDI-CCD architecture records the intensity of signals with high sensitivity, and the event gallery allows you to see the passage of objects in real time and monitor the quality of the experiment. It is intended for multiparameter single-cell analysis, immunophenotyping, small-particle studies and high-throughput processing of tubes or 96-well plates. CellStream is not a full-fledged visualizing cytometer: it provides three morphological parameters, not microscopic images of thousands of features.
From 1 to 7 lasers: 375, 405, 488, 532, 561, 642 and 730 nm; up to 22 channels, including 20 fluorescent, FSC and SSC. MESF sensitivity is less than 10 for FITC and less than 5 for PE, CV is less than 3%; speed up to 20,000 cells / s, expenditures of 3.66 and 14.64 μl / min FSC threshold less than 300 nm and SSC less than 200 nm, dynamic range 7 decades. one tube and 96-well plate; dimensions 440 x 625 x 495 mm.
